Re: The new Arrival: SRT Challenger 426 build begins

The new engine looks great. However, I can't get over the pistons on the original motor! 400 miles? Looks like it needed a catch can.

Re: The new Arrival: SRT Challenger 426 build begins

475rwhp Challenger hits the streets!

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

474rwhp/462rwtq
+124rwhp/+112rwtq over stock

All of this achieved with the stock exhaust in place. The car will be getting a custom catback installed on Saturday and should pick up between 15-20rwhp. There is no supercharger, turbo, or n2o on this motor. It is 100% naturally aspirated.

Car has the following mods:
PPP 426
PPP Stage 2 Heads
PPP 426 Race Cam
PI 2800 Converter
American Racing Longtube Headers
PPP Custom Tune
Factory Exhaust
PPP Ported Intake Manifold
C&L CAI

Re: The new Arrival: SRT Challenger 426 build begins

Are you recommending a gear change or keeping the stock rear as is? Wasn't it 3.92 or something? My guess is you've moved the powerband up enough to warrant thinking about it.
