Yes that was a NA 426 300SRT8.
The diameter is the whole issue with our cars. We need to have the smallest diameter possible to lower the overall axles ratio. So a 25in diameter tire will give better acceleration then a 29in diameter tire. We run the shortest possible for the added "Gearing" it provides since no one makes a aftermarket rear gears (Yet).



We run a 17x10 wheel on the rear and a 17x5 on the front when racing and will have these packages available at the LX and Beyond nationals in Columbus OH. June 14/15th.

thats an awesome setup tim. thanks for the info. i used to do the tire size trick to increase my gearing on a couple of older cars. Its alot cheaper than actually swapping out the gears lol. Though it doesnt look as good on some vehicles.
