Watch out - 250K cars damaged by Superstorm Sandy

This may be like after Hurricane Katrina hit

Sandy might send more than 250,000 cars to scrap heap

There's 16K of new cars that were in NY/NJ ports that got flood damaged (salt water, storm runoff, sewage, oil residue)

If it seems to be "too good to believe" - watch out.
There's auction wholesalers that move these damaged vehicles to other states and can pass off these cars (or their parts, especially the high $$ electronics) with "cleaned" titles...
