There's 16K of new cars that were in NY/NJ ports that got flood damaged (salt water, storm runoff, sewage, oil residue)
If it seems to be "too good to believe" - watch out.
There's auction wholesalers that move these damaged vehicles to other states and can pass off these cars (or their parts, especially the high $$ electronics) with "cleaned" titles...
