Those are not made by Alcoa.

Detroit Tire and Wheel can PVD chrome your Alcoas.

Yup, I had a set of chrome alcos I wanted to trade or sell. No takers on the trade ... ended up selling them for $1200 shipped.

I've got a set of oem SRT8 forged alcoas that have been excellently chrome plated using the chrysler spec, i have them up for sale in the classified section, i also have a white r/t that i posted a picture of today with the wheels on, i lowered the price from 1850.00 to 1250.00
