2 days and 150 miles and I get a CEL

Bought my 392 Friday afternoon with around 20 miles on it. When out cruising that night, and last night. On my way home CEL came on, so I scanned it this morning and it read Crank Cam Position Sensor....anyone else had this issue, or heard about it, with this low of miles?

Buddy,
What code did you have? We need more information than my check engine light came on and it said something about a sensor. Have you taken it back to the dealership? If your code was P0340 then take a peek at this TSB: http://www.wkjeeps.com/misc/Challeng...LC_1801013.pdf
We expect an update.

That was indeed the code that I pulled, sorry, I thought I had out that in the original post. The car is at the dealer right now, I will update when I hear back from them.

I had some code come up when I first got my car also. it put my challenger in limp mod. got it to the dealership, they fixed it and never had an issue again. knock on wood right.

I don't know what it is about the 392's...they seem to have more initial quality issues than a lot of vehicles. I picked up my 392 a few weeks ago, and within 75 miles, had my EVIC replaced.

At around 300 miles, I started getting a lot of squeaking coming from what sounds like the front driver's side suspension. Going in for that tomorrow. Hope yours gets worked out.

My 2011 392 got the CEL about 500 miles after I got it as well. PCM flash took care of that one. Well, 2 PCM flashes took care of it. The first one didn't work and had to wait for the revised flash to come out.
