Interesting too. If anyone wanted to ever know the optimal launch rpm for an auto, there it is. 1825rpm.

any possibility of a retro fit package being offered?
SRT models only. Don't know (yet) if possible to add to earlier models. It's probably like the 3-mode suspension which cannot be retro'd due to a cluster electronics change.

Nice. Looks like some good elbow grease to get it installed.

I think I need to do a little ECU testing. We might be able to retro fit as long as they didn't add any additional modules, switches, or wiring. I have a 2013 ECU coming. I have already ran a 2012 ECU on a 2011 without issue. I'll have one of my mechanics start comparing the harness and components. More to come!

I was thinking how long this feature will be installed before it gets deleted by Chrysler lawyers if this new law passes..
And how do Chrysler lawyers get around this law?

Since the 2012.5+ models came with this new "3-mode" adaptive suspension setup, for the heck of it, I'm tempted to go find a deserted stretch of road, hold the brake, press the ESC button twice and plant the throttle to see what happens...

I figure, maybe we got the extra goodie of launch control but didn't know it and if not, then I'm going to be doing a nice smoke show
