Flowmaster is the only master. Sounds throaty, no drone for me, screams loud when I get on it. Flowmaster is the epitome of Muscle Car sound. Flowmaster has been around for years for a reason. Corsa Extreme is loud all the time, Borla has a similar Flowmaster sound, and Zoomers sound like a video game. Just my opinion.

Yes I have always done Flowmaster but I realized it's more because of all the marketing they do than the system itself...my American Thunder sounds great...but heard a Corsa on a couple of other muscle cars and I'd like to hear it on OUR 6.4L...if its a better sound and higher quality system and tips then I'd swap to it...

The Corsa Xtreme is not a loud exhaust. It IMO is barely louder than the OE exhaust around town, and only >4000 RPM does it start to snarl.

Like all Corsa systems, it is very quiet on cruise with zero drone.

Zoomers Exhaust

I went with Zoomers Exhaust from Speedlogix on my 2011 inaugural 392. I rather have the 3" pipes and the sound is awesome. Went with stock tips.

Hmm well I am going to hear it in person today and decided, found some pretty good pricing on the system if I decide to do it.

I agree it's not too loud...I understand the Outlaw system is a bit too loud and not something you would want on anything other than a car you race...but the American Thunder setup is great (other than the tips it came with which are pretty sad I think...)

I went with the Corsa Xtreme for three reasons:

- Brian's dyno curve showed a decent gain over the OE system
- it's not obnoxiously loud and it has zero drone, but still sounds good at WOT
- the build quality and fit/finish are outstanding

Yup exactly why I am considering it....quality build...no drone but still makes more power than OE...great sound. BUT since mine is more rarely driven I like it kinda loud so may end up sticking with what I have...I would like some tips like the Corsa has for SURE...painted or powder coated black of course.

So where you able to hear the Corsas today? If so what did you think?

I take it the Corsa Xtremes are louder than the Sports?

Yes I was. One of the guys from here was kind enough to let me ride in his 392 with Corsa Extreme, very much appreciated it!

But - it's significantly quieter than my Flowmaster setup...I was hoping for about the same volume but the Corsa tone and no resonance...that's simply asking too much from an exhaust. I still feel like I have the best bang for my buck exhaust!

The Corsa Sport flows better than stock but must be the same volume (as OE)...the Xtreme is slightly louder than stock. BEAUTIFUL sound...but not loud enough for me.
In fact, I am thinking to order the Flowmaster Outlaw mufflers and swap them in where mine has the super 40s just to have a super loud setup for track and car shows...
