I just got a Navigation Map Update package in the mail, yesterday. With a letter that said

"We are providing you with map database software that is more current than what was available at the time your vehicle was built (late May 2012). As a part of Chrysler Group's continued commitment to customer satisfaction and quality, enclosed you will find a complimentary 2013 map update.

Then gives instructions on how to update.

Did anyone else get this? Has anyone else applied this update? Happy with it? Any issues?

I received the DVD but no flag. Anyone have a picture of these flags?

I received the map update week after the flag for my June build 392. Took all week for it to load. It starts and stops when you turn the car off and on resuming when you next start up and I have a 15 minute commute. Last year updating my RT took 3 days but this one must have been much larger. Last one made major changes to radio look as well as map but have not noticed anything yet.

They recommend you wait to run the discs until you can have the car on the whole time, so your next road trip. The radio update disc takes about 10 minutes and no one is reporting any problems for the most part, the navigation disc takes 45+ minutes to update and I had to run that one three times before it worked.

Considering the minor update benefit to the navigation program versus the hassle/potential issues, it's really debatable whether or not it's worth the time to do this...

The RHR 2.126 software disc application corrects the following conditions:

• Lost channel presets, home address setting, address book entries & Travel Link favorites.
• Not able to change default country and state then route.
• Unable to load .jpeg files onto hard drive to display on touch screen.
• Incomplete Travel Link temperature displayed when the temperature is over 99.9F.
[Example, if the temperature is 107F the screen will display 07.] (Domestic U.S. only)
• Cancel key inoperative after pressing the international button.
• iPhone4 dial not possible after second call.
• Missing Travel Link buttons from SAT menu (Domestic U.S. only).
• Devices button disabled in VES menu.
• Unable to route to a recent route after a map update.
• Remove Travel Link disclaimer popup (Domestic U.S. only).
• Duplicate phone numbers in popup after pressing the international button.
• During active call and on hold, DIAL button should be displayed (not “TONE” button).
• International button not visible.
• Point of interest (POI) Search enhancements.
• When video in remote DVD player is stopped devices button wrongly labeled as DVD.
• iPod, track selection enhancements.

*Eligible vehicles for the complimentary update include certain vehicles manufactured between January 1, 2012 and June 30, 2012 equipped with a Uconnect 730N. The Uconnect 730N has a 3 letter code of RHR in the lower right hand corner of the face of the radio. Vehicles equipped with the RHR Navigation system can include: Chrysler 200, 200 Convertible, Town & Country, Dodge Avenger, Challenger, Durango, Grand Caravan, Jeep Wrangler, Grand Cherokee & Liberty, RAM 1500, 2500 & 3500.
