In that past I have dyned various cars and bikes on Mustang Dyno's and Dynojet dynos. Mustang Dyno's usualy read lower then Dynojet products. Either way, since you got a base and then new runs on the same dyno, thats the best way to do the compare. If you did your base on a mustang dyno then tuned and went to a dynojet I bet you could make claims like heart throb exhaust LOL

That's why Brian and I did it this way.

It's amazing how a few extra ponies from the custom tune make the car feel even more so over the 93 oct tune from Diablo.

How did he custom tune the car I thought the cmr software wasn't out

If you read the Diablosport forum, the CMR software was released a few days after the tune (end of last week I think). From what I have heard it is still kind of "beta" like the canned tunes, it is missing a few knock sensor readings but it is good enough to get started.

I think they released it with the same idea as the limited canned tunes, just to get something out to everyone that's been waiting while they polish it up and add features.

Yes limited CMR tuning is out to select tuners. Brian(lxmodguy) I guess was giving access.

It is a mustang dyno. There was actually one run in between the three posted on that graph. All the runs were roughly 10 minutes apart, same temps for all runs both outside, ECT, and IAT. It was a really good set of testing conditions as far as everything being equal and fair across the board.

I spent a whole day with a 392 charger earlier this week so I had a really good "email tune" setup and all I had to do from Rob's car is copy values over.

Thanks man, tried really hard to make everything identical for testing purposes. The car I did earlier in the week wouldn't let me post his stuff, didn't want his wife to find out it was tuned
