Just got my YJ over the weekend. I just sold my DY and was worried about buyers remorse after I got my YJ. I loved my DY. Here are my observations... The color: I think the SY might be a touch 'deeper' than the DY and maybe even a bit darker but not by much. As a matter of fact, unless you have both a DY and SY side by side it might be hard to tell the difference. My DY color appeared to be 'thinner' if that makes any sense. The SY definitely seems to be 'deeper'. If you are worried about the SY being dull, don't worry. It's still plenty bright. You will draw a lot of attention. lol. The wheels: I was surprised. I was really hesitant until I saw them in person. The wheels kind of fit the car pretty well. Stripes: The jury is still out. The side stripe is ok but there is a lot of unbroken yellow paint on the hood, roof, trunk etc. And like I said it's bright but maybe some sort of striping on the top/hood might be in my future...But who knows, maybe it will grow on me. If not, I can always change it, lol. The rest of the car is pretty much the same except for some small blacked out trim on the exterior and some small interior items/seat striping. Overall, the color is great. I'm very happy with it.
