630HP to the ground with more left in it as we hit a lean spot above 6K and the Trinity couldn't add any more fuel. This dyno is not a happy one as the operator is using the new SAE 2004 standard which reads inline with the stingier roller dyno's. The Dyno guys builds and tunes Vette's all day long and said my results were inline with what he says for the same setup on Vette's.
Once I get the AFR's tuned I will head back to the rollers for round two. Please note this is a stock B&G tuned ECU by Dave Kasper vice a 2010 ECU swap!
Once again huge props to Dave Kasper at B&G for having another first in the Hemi market place!
Who needs a new Hellcat 6.2 that will make 570 at the crank?
Next mod will be MMP drop in pistons before I have drop out pistons! Also I will be connecting the meth as a safety measure for cooling and fight any ping in the heat.

Its going lean because you are running out of fuel!!!! I would bet its not a tune problem but an injector or fuel pump/line that just cant keep up. Time to upgrade the fuel system........
The fuel system in my 07 SRT8 was barely keeping up with just a tad over 500 rwhp and that was with bigger injectors.

Dave Kasper at B&G said the same thing. The car has SRT4 injectors and a boost-a-pump. For now I'm going to drop the redline down to 6K. Nice to think I have extra power and can now hold back some. Dave Kasper was blown away by these numbers as well as the fuel system. Dave has recommended that I go to the Arrington twin fuel pump to feed this high horsepower beast!

Injectors are too small as well. As stated get the Arrington unit, your stock pump and the walboro 255 that comes with it will be just fine. I have that set up running a couple 850 rwhp cars.
I would also go to atleast a 72lb injector. nice numbers and good luck

Nice!!!!! Hey Red we have a fuel option as well that might save you some coin give me a call to discuss
As soon as I hear back from Vortech I'll give you a shout. I have a feeling they might want to detune me. If not I'm probably in the need for some MMP direct replacement pistons!
That's over 200hp from stock. What else do you have done??
220 to be exact. Complete TTI System (Stepped Longtubes, HF Cats, Catback), BBK 90MM TB,and a bunch of B&G tuning magic by Dave Kasper! The car drives like a NA car and then turns into a beast when you stick your foot in it. These numbers are way beyond my expectations! I can't say enough for what Vortech and B&G has done for me. I owe those guys a big thanks for believing in a small company to bring this solution to life as well as Sam Davis at TTI.
