Duct Kit for T/A Hood

Anyone know where I can find a duct kit for my T/A hood. Right now my scoop is non functional, but I want to make it functional. I have only seen ones for SE, or RTs. I haven't found one for an SRT. I have the mopar cold air intake on already so all I need to make my scoop functional now is to cut out the holes on my hood and add the duct kit. Just not sure if anyone is making one for the SRT. Maybe clearance is a problem? I appreciate any help.

I'm not sure the functional kit will fit the SRT. I just went out and looked at the wifes RT with functional scoop kit and compared it to my SRT and I would be concerned about contact. It would be close. Check with Speedlogix or one of the other vendors for the functional kit and see what they have to say.

Mopar Cold Air Unit

Ok I have posted this previously, does anyone know or can anyone confirm that the Mopar Cold Air kit for the T/A Hood will not work on a SRT8. I know leebakaker1973 put it on a SRT8 with a Magnacharger but he had a slight modification. I would be concerned about clearing the intake manifold. Mopar's instructions specifically state, "will not work on 6.1L". Anyone have any ideas?

Bezels?

I just picked up the hood and the Bezels that came with it don't have holes in them. Does anyone know the part number for just the bezels that DO have the holes. They would be the ones that come in the kit mentioned here.

I missed that i your first post. Mopar made these for the Mopar 10 which was a 5.7, hence why it is listed as a 5.7L part. That said, I do not see why it wouldn't work on the 6.1, I know alot of SRT guys have this hood, but do not know how many are using the functional scoop.

Someone here posted a picture of the air kit installed on an srt8, it did need some melting/molding of one part of the box to make it fit properly, but he got it to work. It does evidently bind/hit something on the srt8 motor so you'll have to be creative in order to work around the issue. Personally it wouldn't stop me from adding it on, i had to cut holes in the hood and drill holes for the kit to attach to the older style hood. (pre-mopar 10 ta hood)

I have the non-functional hood from Mopar on my 2010 R/T, it was pre Mopar10 release. What's involved in converting the non-functional to work with the cold air adapter?

You will need to cut a hole in the hood under the scoop, and then mount the functional scoop to the hood underside
