check engine light

Took my car out this morning, and after proper warm up tim I got a check engine light after about the first 4 minutes. I have a new pro charger set up with a preditor tune. I thought I was able to check codes and also clear them. I was not able to do so. Any thoughts or comments.

You can read PCM codes on the odometer by cycling the ignition key off to run 3 times , ending in run.
