Go look at the 6.4 threads on this. There are 100's of pages and arguments. The rolling code you speak of is the same one on the 2011 392. There are 2 ways around this.
2010 PCM swap with new wire harness or B & G Chrysler specialists in Michigan who has the software to get into the computer and tune the cars. B & G tuned the 392's, but they are behind on releasing an updated tune for the North with higher fan temp settings and for the South to accommodate for lower quality fuel and high temps.
If you go the B & G route, make sure you take into consideration the quality of gas you run, average temps your car will see, and if you are running a manual or auto. No one tune is good for all.
You will hear both negative and positive about B & G, I personally have had a positive experience. The gentleman that runs the shop is just swamped and is hard to reach as he is buried in work.
B & G does not offer a hand held device for this. It is a straight flash and that is it.

B&G can only tune your car or the computer at his facility. Meaning you have bring your car to him and or pull the ECU and send it to him. He does this by using the same $$$ equipment Chrylser dealerships use. He did not break the encryption, these are stock canned tunes.
You're best bet is ship your car to Arlington and have them do the 2010 wiring harness swap.
