What motor do you have? Catbacks are only worth it if you're upgrading the midpipes etc to 3 inches. The stock catback is VERY efficient so changing it is only for sound. You will only really see any gain in these cars if you upgrade the headers.
Headers are worth it on the 5.7 as the stock manifolds are crap. The 6.1s benefit from them too but the 6.4 comes with shorties from the factory

I love American muscle cars like a thrice-divorced 45-year old tax attorney loves barely legal coeds. That is to say; passionately, inappropriately and almost certainly inadequately while muttering whispered apologies to the beautiful thing I am probably ruining forever.

HP gains are minimal with a catback system. Noise gains are priceless. Lol. On a serious note, if you want to determine the value of an exhaust first ask yourself how much are you willing to spend to get that muscle car sound. I'm in the market for my 3rd catback and I think a custom exhaust in the $6-$700 range is my limit. I've had a Corsa and custom exhaust and the Corsa was not loud enough, yet the custom had a bit of drone.

I think they are. Just make sure you listen to it in PERSON first on another car. Don't go by just sound clips and youtube. Hearing is believing. I had to swap my exhaust twice but and ended up happy with my Zoomers exhaust. The only other would I would consider would be the Magnaflow Competition series. Solo is good too though.

2010 Dodge Challenger R/T Classic STP, sunroof, tint, 430 rbz, 3.92 gears, 6 speed.
MODS:
Zoomers catback exhaust
AFE Stage II cold air intake
Barton short throw shifter
Fastman ported throttle body
Diablo CMR tune by Johan
Mopar hood struts
Mopar strut tower brace
Spohn sway bar end links
Speedlogix rear adjustable control arms
Speedlogix tension bars
Jet 180* t-stat
SRT8 6.1 chin spoiler
Billet Technology catch can

im looking at doing kooks with MF high flow cats and a set of muffles of some kind im not sure yet on the brand tho. My old 02 Z28 i ran that with moroso spiral flow and turn downs before the axle and it sounded amazing! i just can justify 6 or 700 more for mandrel bent pipes to gain maybe 5 hp. oh and its a 6 spd R/T

Swapped out 3 systems before I got my zoomers.

Don't make the same mistake I did and settle on deals. Of you want the best sound, sometimes you got to shell out the $. Zoomers if definitely worth it in my opinion.

I dont think any cat back is going to give you any gains, other then a muscle car feel and sound. I have the Zoomers, its bad ass and sounds great, no drone. 392 6M here.
