Anybody know a good tuner?

I have a 2009 SRT and would like to have a cam and heads from PWR installed. I'm in NE Pennsylvania and trying to find a good engine guy with a chassis dyno to do the work. I know I'm going to have to travel for it but I just don't want to go somewhere without a recommendation.

I'd really appreciate any leads you can pass on, and thanks for reading the post.
