Question Diablo Help re clearing codes

Hi all..can anyone give me a quick step by step how to clear engine codes on my 6.1 SRT8 with my predator?
I have a problem with misfire in one of the cylinders it seems. Ihave re gapped plugs..up to 2 ranges cold then gone the other way..same stuff..engine light.
How do I clear this code and is there any solution to the problem??

Just figured out how to clear the P0300 random misfire code witht the Diablo..
Now what is causing this annoying thing??
