Looking for help

I have been installing my mods and was getting ready to do the hose dress up. I bought some SS braided hoses and was going to do the rear coolant line when I noticed that in the back at the plastic Tee I couldn't see how it comes apart. Is there a trick to getting it apart or do I need to cut the line? One other question, how much coolant will be coming out of that line once disconnected? Do I need to be ready to catch it is what I am really asking. Thanks for looking.
