I'd have loved to do before and afters for mine.. I believe any numbers need to be on a per car. IE. Mfr a gets 12 HP gain using mdl xxxx on a 09 Challenger 5.7 with cia... etc...
Yeah, I'm still thinking on how I want to perform the dyno runs. I've got the exhaust and Mopar CAI.

I'm thinking of doing stock runs to get the base line.

Then Mopar CAI to see what it adds.

If the Mopar CAI isn't a big deal to install/un-install I'll then put the exhaust on with the stock air box to see just what it adds.

Then do a final set of runs with the exhaust and Mopar CAI.

I gotta go by the dyno shop to see what the guy will charge me for all the dyno time to do these though and see if he'll rent some time on his lift to me for the exhaust install. If not I'll have to go home to install it on jack stands in my garage.

I'd have the shop install the exhaust but I'm a DIY kind of guy.

That would be fantastic Speedy, let me know what you find out. Took me about 20 min to put the CIA on but I was not in any rush and stopped for a phone call. Going back and forth likely less the second time around..

My previous offer is still on the table... PM if you need.

After a LOT of research and opinion comparison, I decided to get the Corsa Cat-Back system. Installed it three weeks ago and am VERY happy with my choice.
First, there a noticible difference / improvement in throttle response. I haven't dyno'ed the car and didn't get the Corsa system for performance as much as to compliment the car's image. So I can't answer questions on HP gains.
The installation was very clean and easy. The hardest part is getting the tips straight and level, but after running it for a week after the initial installation, it only took a little adjustment (without a lift) to get everything back where I want it.

The Corsa has allowed my car to sound like it looks WITHOUT complaints from the neighbors. I go to work ~ 5:00 am and the neighborhood is pretty quiet at that hour. I hate hearing the ricers going home at midnight with their fart-cans and door-thumpers blaring. I can sneak out with the Corsa and go unnoticed in the wee hours. Once on the highway, I can open it up and make it scream or throttle back to cruise without any drone (which was important for me since I don't want to incite migraines on my wife if she's with me on a ride of an hour or more). In fact, the tone is barely noticible inside the car when holding the throttle steady.
With the 6 speed, downshifting into intersections brings about a growl, followed by a chorus of throaty burbles.
The Corsa system was expensive, but it was worth the extra $$$ to me. It's exactly what I wanted.

It would be wise to put on "High Flow Cats" when you do your system (the SRTs already have shorty headers and high flow cats stock, but the R/Ts do not. Thought you would benefit from knowing that before your choice/order is made).

Everyone has their own preference, and only you know what you want. So the best thing you could do is go to a MOPAR car show and listen to the different systems on the HEMIs and decide for yourself.

I like the sound of my Corsa. I do believe that these catbacks are purely about sound. I would not expect to get alot more HP from them unless you do something with the cats. The SRT team says that the cats are the choke on the motor. Kenne Bell makes a big point on their site that CatBacks are unnecessary, as the Mopar stock exhaust is VERY efficient. I have heard that evaluation from several folks. I also don't see why the Mopar CAI is so popular as at has no way to minimize the hot air in the bay. It seems like stick intake would be better with a drop in than any of the intakes without a full shroud.

New Corsa convert here also.

Superb-- exactly what I believe a hemi Challenger should sound like. Fit, finish, materials, hangs on the car with zero drama- I installed with my 9 year old daughter with the car on jack stands.

To me, this is one of those "you get what you pay for" mods.

The other options are quite good, and I was tempted with MBRP, cutting off the resonators and etc. In the end though, really happy with my decision for the Corsa set. Stealth down the alley or in a tall gear when you need it; insanely great tone at WOT.

All good- if you're happy with your system, very cool. If not, there's a market on this site for your system and you can roll over to another.
