I just got photos from Magna Charger that I have asked if I can share on here. The intall looks TOTALLY like it would have came from the factory. And the air intake box looks like factory as well taking in cool air from stock hole. As soon as they give me the OK (no reason why they shouldn't), I'll get them on.
I told them I hope their marketing noted "BLOWN HEMI" as I think that can't be overstated when it comes to the mental impact. Even the Ford and brand X guys respect a those words, and if they don't, they know NOTHING about performance/racing.... 300+ mph drag cars = BLOWN HEMI!
OK, I got approval but have NO idea how to get the three photos into this message box. I click on the "insert image" and it asks for a URL but I'm not trying to take it from a web sit, I'm wanting to download it from my saved photos? Help me and I'll get three 6.1 Hemi shots with the Magna Charger on it.
Thanks, rpm
OK, I did get photos into the photo gallery on this site (Magna Charger Blown Hemi)
If someone can tell me how to get them in here I'd be happy to do so.
Thanks...
ehhhh.. magnacharger is a roots blower.
im sure it works great on a stock motor, but i wouldnt waste my time with a built motor and big boost.
are you a prototype for it? these arent even avail for retail yet
Yes it's a hybred roots but that's like saying the ZR1 is just a corvette. I want to see a big fat torque curve that the centerfug. units don't have... And no, I don't sell them just reached out to an exec of the company and I thought I had some new info but SRT8U scooped me.

its all in the tuning. any turbo kit can blow any engine when not tuned correctly. the fact of the matter is that they have been run on tons of cars for thousands of miles.
you are correct it all comes down to the tune and having somebody that understands the new generation hemi, with that being said I am running twin 61mm on my 5.7VVT for past 1600 miles and no problems the sytem is awesome and very expensive installation. We are just starting to play around with increasing the boost and will continue to do so over the next couple of months before the winter I figure the engine will grenade once we take it over the top. over the winter the engine will get a forged bottom end and some other goodies to along with it.

On my installation they actually have the filters sitting up in a opening by the bottom of the trunk they are a tight fit but don't get alot of crap on the filters, I've even been caught in the rains and no issues with them even getting wet I think I have a picture
This is the best shot I have and the pipes get in the way
I have plenty to do my turbos are 61mm and these were supposed to go on a 1000hp motor so going with 67mm on a stock 6.1 doesn't make sense unless they left some information out.
