water/meth injection

Excluding the money, time, cost of materials, etc. etc. comments....

What are the advantages VS. disadvantages of having the water/meth injected pre-TB or direct port injected?

Well if this is for a forced induction car generally the farther you have it upstream of the TB and closer to the turbo/sc the longer the water/meth has to cool the charge. That's my understanding anyway and the research I did at the time matched that.

A con I would have would be worrying all the time about the system failing.

If it does your engine won't be too happy.

That is true to an extent, but only if you tune for it...we never recommend tuning for the Meth, because if there is an issue with delivery or you run out etc, you can run into an issue. However if you use it simply as additional cooling, you wont run into this issue.

There are also failsafes made that can be run with the water/meth system that can prevent issues from cropping up.

So what's the best system for our Challengers running blowers that have these safety measures installed?

Steve I hope you don't mind me expanding on your question.

What would be the best system for use with a twin screw? What injection method would be best? (direct or intake)

I had heard that it can damage a twin screw to spray through it but I also feel like I've seen people talk about doing it and don't remember anyone saying they shouldn't.

Use your sense of the common, A.K.A. common sense.
