Change fan settings then do Canned tune?

My USB cables will arrive today so I can actually use my Predator tuner, by downgrading from AD to AC.

I was wondering if I do "modify tune" first then change the fan settings, then load the canned tune, or do I do it in reverse order?

Thanks

If you haven't had a chance to use the Predator yet, I'd just go through the motions of selecting and installing the performance tune, which in turn will back-up the original tune on your car. Go drive it around to make sure all is good. Now go back in and modify tune to your preferred adjustments.
