I was driving up the interstate the other day doing some data logging with my predator. I live in Western MD. Cruising in 6th at 70-75 mpg pulling the mountians, I'm getting anywhere between 0-4 deg of ST knock. The car doesn't struggle. What is causing this? Do I need to add some fuel to the bottom end? I'm running the stock tune with just the fan settings adjusted.
Are you going up hill at all? You may be lugging the engine a little bit if you're in 6th gear. unless you WOT you can't add fuel, The predator only lets you change WOT fuel settings, not through the power band at part throttle. You may consider using the 91 tune with your 93 gas and adding spark untill you see knock retard and then taking the last bit of spark it away. This will let the computer handle the part throttle stuff but max out your WOT power.

Yes I'm pulling hills. Just crusing on a flat or a slight incline there is 0 ST knock. I think I'm just bogging the engine down a little too much. I'm sure if I pull that hill in 5th there will be no ST knock issues.

Yeah, either drop to 5th or really let off the gas, 4th is even a good to quickly burst up and then drop to 6th and coast the rest of the uphill and then give it a bit more gas on the downhill to prepare to carry the momentum into the next uphill.
