2010 SRT keeps cutting off

So we got a new left over 2010 challenger SRT about 2 weeks ago, and it has cut off while driving twice! WTF!?! Also it has a delayed start. This last time after a 3hr drive we were about to turn in the driveway, and bam! It cuts off. I've heard of this before, but what's the fix? A dealer reflash?

There was a TSB for that a long time ago. I bet you never got it. Seriously, do some research you'll find some discussions on that. Basically driving along and car engine would just cut off. I guess it's a reflash but no idea really.. Good luck with the dealership!
