Are you describing the intermittent "Hemi lifter tap?" It has been common on the 5.7 since it's introduction from what I have heard. I don't think the 5w20 oil helps the situation much, and mine only does it occasionally, normally after sitting for a while.
I also think the slow window is common, as I have read several posters with the issue. My driver's side is a lot slower than the passenger side, and I had it in for repair when the car was new. They told me it was normal and couldn't be improved, of course I didn't believe them, but have learned to live with it.
They did have to replace my Nav/HDD right after the car was new, but it has been flawless for four years now.
My body fit and finish was impeccable, still no rattles after 51 months. Of course, it was one of the first R/Ts off the line, and I think Brampton moral was pretty high at the time.
I hope you get things squared away and you can enjoy your car. Our Nitro had over 20 things before it was finally working as it was supposed to.
