Does anyone know what to do if my remote will not lock , unlock or remote start the car? If I am in the vehicle, my fob starts the car with the start button only. It’s not the battery either since my back up does not work either.
They have had problems with these. There is a flash update....fixed mine for one day....they ended up replacing both fobs. They said sometimes the controller goes bad too.

I, like many, had a key fob issue when my 2009 Challenger was new. Basically, it just stopped working and I had to start my car by inserting and turning the fob key. A flash by the dealer permanently corrected the problem.
