Piece of advice, don't post the same thing in 4 different threads. One is plenty, more will just annoy members and mods.
It sounds to me like you have a damaged or torn cradle bushing that's resulting in the IRS cradle hitting the body under load. Did the dealer replace EVERY bushing, including the cradle bushings, or just the ones directly connected to the suspension control arms?
You can see what I'm talking about in this video from HopNot, who has solutions for wheel hop. This particular video actually shows the cradle hitting the body because the bushing itself is damaged.
