Sagging headliner fixed but....

Had the sagging headliner fixed per the TSB at the back of the sunroof but now have a new issue. Got a very annoying little buzzing/rattle like a clip or washer laying on plastic vibrating. Didn't have it before the fix, and it's been back to the dealer twice to try and get rid of it. I don't notice it that often as the radio and res delete make most of the noise I listen to, but it drives the wife nuts. Anyone else have a problem like this after the drooping headliner was fixed?

I would guess its probably one of the plastic clips with the glue backing that came loose. They use those to fix the headliner.
