Sounds inside when car shuts off

The other day a shut the car off (srt8 2010) and stated in my car for a minute because I was ready an email on my phone and it sounds like my car was inhaling air and then exhaling it close the where the dashboard and the front windshield meet. Has anyone else heard this noise and if so what is it?? Computers resetting??

Thanks

I think that's your hard drive you hear, and if you have a factory subwoofer in the trunk they also make noises dubbed; " the monkey in the trunk"

These are sounds many people never hear as once at our destination we get out of the car and then it occurs.

For a really strange sound - sit with trans in park at idle and press the brake peddle (it was during a cold morning). The trans lockout solenoid under the shifter will make a release noise... sounds freaky on our 2009 R/T.

Yep, I hear mines as I usually take my time exiting the vehicle.

I hear those sounds all the time in my 2010 SRT, and honestly I have no idea what it could be. The first time I heard it I freaked out!
