Challenger with Foose wheels

Here is a crappy cell phone picture of our new challenger. The wheels are 2 piece Foose Challenger wheels. 20x9 in the front and 20x10 in the rear. They are supposed to look like the rally wheels that came on the old challengers. I am going to clean it up and get some better pics of it.

Re: Challenger with Foose wheels

I think Dodge may be coming out with OEM 70's style that are similar to those. They were on the 'white one' that "Kowalski & Super Soul" drove in the One Lap of America race a few months ago !!! Here :

Those wheels are the same wheels on my car. They are just painted grey and not brushed.

Yeah, I've been "stop-actioning" the OLOA video and can see 'FOOSE' on the center ;I didn't realize that -that Foose's wheels were a part of this Challenger. What is the two parts [all about] ? I would think Dodge if using Foose's or updating the OEMs would make a one-piece like originals whether forged or cast...which ever is better. I don't know the difference between forged and cast : is one stronger or better quality ?

Re: Challenger with Foose wheels

Forged is stronger and usually lighter. Back in the day, Mopar motors were considered "over-engineered" because the bottom end on the big blocks and some internal parts of the small block motors were forged, rather than cast.

Forged wheels will be lighter, stonger, and of course, more expensive..

Re: Challenger with Foose wheels

I like those Foose wheels, but too many $$$ for me. I'm looking at these KMCs, which have a similar look.

Ahhh, I'm just not sure you like those : Do you ? Just remotely similar, they seem to look just a bit "blingish" [ to me of course] !! I always liked[ and had] the '70 Style Road wheels-Class 2 Chrome on my first Challenger, then tranferred those onto my second which had those OEM Class 1 Rallye Type /Foose-like ! There was also another similar to the Rallye which was named a Class 2 Chrome Plate Disc 16 slots !!!
