Installed some stripes on my Challenger last week. I was on the fence about the color and style, and am pretty sure I made the right choices. and several others did as well as I took first place in my class in a show I was in the next day....
thanks for the comments, I do believe what looks like air bubbles was a USPS truck going by reflected in the car. LOL There are no air bubbles that I can see on the drivers side. I had a real small bubble on the passenger door.
I have been thinking of getting the pockets of my existing wheels powder coated gold so I am thinking along similar lines. I Also was thinking of the Gold drilled and slotted rotors but am wanting more detail on that before pulling the trigger. I am just being careful as I do not want to go over the top with too much
The color of the car is called high octane red pearlcoat. The closest color challenger I have seen to it is the Inferno red from a few years ago.
You almost always have some bubbles after installing stripes. They do usually go away on there own. I think gold rims and gold rotors would be over the top.
Man, that's awesome! The gold stripes definitely set off gold base coat under the red. I have a 100th anniversary Challenger and have been looking for something exactly like that. Where did you get the stripes?
