The reason I say this is that by law the camo would not be allowed to cover up and safety equipement which turn signals and lights are considered I beleive.
But like I said you could be right
This is a real neat blow-up picture .P.S. I was going to say ," Hey, where's the driver , but then I noticed the Best Western and Marriot signage in background and they are bassackwards !!! P.S. I just noticed the inner [ aka like a vanity nite-nite light ]-Amber- headlight glowing when the main headlamp is also on screaming ,'Man I'm the coolest looking car around " !!

I found a photo that provides more details of the 2008 production car's tail section. See:

Well that one solo picture just shows a slightly different angle, but really no more ! In fact I'm wondering if it is a real photo and not a photo-chop-shot as the tail lights have weird look and that photo has not been seen or released by Dodge ; at least I have not seen it. Also, strange is that the website it's from [ wheels24.co.za ] is located in South Africa !!!!!!!

Re: 2008 Dodge Challenger Spy Shots

I've seen everywhere... To my Absolute DISGUST that the Butterfly intakes are rumored to be non-functional. If this is so, Then why the 2 Openings in the Camo in those locations? Could it be they are Intake Grilles maybe? Or is it that they are for Heat Extraction similar to a Cowl hood....

The hood scoops will probably be "functional" like the hood scoop on the SRT Charger. It will allow cooler air to flow over the engine and intake manifolds. It will not be a ram-air set-up.

Re: 2008 Dodge Challenger Spy Shots

Check out Dodge's Canadian site at:

http://www.dodge.ca/en/challenger/

It contains a lot more information than its U.S. counterpart site!

(Note: When the Challenger home page opens, click the X in the upper right corner to access the other pages. Then ckick on "modern" or "retro").

Here is a sample ad:

"We didn't just bring back a legend. We created a new one. The looks take you back. The technology launches you forward. In creating the new Dodge Challenger, capturing the aggresive, muscular street presence of the original was just the beginning. Behind the head- turning looks of the concept model shown here, is a combination of advanced fuel efficient muscle, cutting edge technology and modern day comfort that will let the next generation of this legend deliver a high performance driving experience the original could only have dreamed of. Oh yeah, Challenger is coming back. And it's going to be badder than ever."

Well said!!!
