Re: 2009 Dodge Challenger Pricing!

Any new news on Challenger pricing? I plan to order one within a week or so. Any incentives that are hard to find out about? I would Love to have an SRT8 but I just can't justify the extra $$, especially when I am going to need a new family type car soon too.

Re: 2009 Dodge Challenger Pricing!

I've been looking at dealer inventory listings on Autotrader and Cars.com. I've noticed there are more advertising less than MSRP, I expect this trend will continue due to low sales. I'm not aware of any incentives on the Challenger, but this could also change to increase sales.

11-25-08: Tentatively ordered a "27J" Hemi Orange, 6 speed, 18" wheels.
Options: Convenience, sunroof, Uconnect GPS, and a spare tire (why is this an option?)

Re: 2009 Dodge Challenger Pricing!

Does anyone know if the gas guzzler tax is also on the RT with the 5.7 liter? Information for everyone that has digital Time Warner Cable. Go to the Sports on demand channel (in this area it's 1104). Click on Favorites, and then Dodge Test Drive. There is a 23 minute clip that shows the SRT8 going 170 MPH, the 2008 & 2009 on a race track, interview with Jay Leno (who has the 2008 number 4), and Carmon Electra who just purchased one...very cool.

I don't think we're in a pony car war.
And I doubt we'll see them making convertibles. UGH!

Dave, our Challenger SRT8 is totally the family car. We pile our daughter's friends inside, too!

Re: 2009 Dodge Challenger Pricing!

An SRT of any sort ouwld be a family car for MY family, if we never got bad weather. Too bad I live in IL, I have to have cars for both seasons.
