Saw my first Challenger in Brookfield, WI. It was the SRT8 in Hemi Orange. Way cooler than the Mustang! It's too bad the 2009 models have such limited stripe options.

Here's some bad news for the Challenger 09's. If you want the SE (6 cylinder), it's not available in the Hemi-Orange color. On the RT, you pay $995 more for the 6 speed manual transmission.

Just wonder if anybody is actually seeing the Challengers out and about instead of just at shows or on dealership floors?

I was at a car show this weekend that was held at a Chrysler-Dodge dealer and they had two black R/Ts. They were window sticker priced at $33K for one with leather seats and $32K for one with cloth seats. There was a Charger SRT8 sitting next to one of them for $44K+

No idea what the dealer markup would have been on the Challengers.

In the metro DC area I have yet to see a Challenger out on the highways or byways driving around.

does anyone have info on Dealer invoice cost?? That would be good for price negotiation on the new Challengers.

Yes. I live in Milwaukee (home of the Harley), and saw an orange SRT8 on Hyw 100. That is a popular street for cruising here. It was awesome looking!

I can get all the Challenger Invoice Pricing you want, my friend is a General Manager of a Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep dealer. Also pricing on any of the other models. I paid invoice for my 09 Challenger SRT 8.
