No Offense intended but...you let employee pricing, cash back and 0% get by you.
(It was never gonna get better then that...I knew that when I saw the deal in February of 09 and it took me about 2 seconds to decide, literally. I knew I had to cut deal before that offer expired! Even though I was short on cash and wasn't sure if I had job security, ordering one bought me time to save the down payment and if I lost my job, well the bank could come a take it from me. Sometimes you just gotta go for it!)
We all know how much you wanted H/O but it looked like that was out the window for you too. Now you have a second chance to get the car of your dreams, brand new.
Sorry buddy, but you either want one or you don't...lookin back it looks like waiting hasn't worked out to well for you. It's time to make a move.
I'll say it again...You won't be sorry.
I say this with only the best intent...maybe they will finally put out some incentives maybe they won't, maybe challenger will survive beyond 2010 maybe not...but here's to hoping you don't miss your second chance.
You make some valid points. At the time, there were some things going on behind the scenes in my personal life. People were losing their jobs at the company I work for, and I wasn't sure how secure mine was. My wife lost hers. I already have 3 cars, so the Challenger is more of a want then a need. With the return of hemi-orange and a more stable outlook for my finances, I don't plan on the second chance slipping by. Your post was appreciated and your advice was also taken in a positive light.
