RDP Motorsports

Anyone ever use them, looking to see how they are, have never heard of them before and would hate to get involved with a shop that has a bad rep.

I have had work done by RDP over the past years always done to high standards and attention to detail. When I had my twin turbo set-up removed and I sold to a member who had the system installed I noticed that there was something different about the standards which I had been accustomed to seeing, the members car still has not passed emissions and the tune is locked.

I will not recommend this facility as the complaints appear to be mounting and there seems to be too much drama. I would suggest that you reach out to one of our supporting vendors.

On a personal note I have my car down at Southern Hot Rod to complete my build to my satisfaction and expectations. It is a long way from home but the people there have given me straight answers and a very direct approach to finishing off my hot rod.

Do your due diligence and talk to people.

Jeff

As you know RDP has grown with outlets all over and I think Steve is losing focus on providing quality and more on quanity. That's too bad.

I did call them, it seems they can not tune our vehicles yet unless they have our vehicles there. They also told me it takes about 2 weeks to get a supercharger kit together to ship. That sounds like a problem waiting to happen. If you advertise kits, they should be ready to ship before payment is processed. Guess I will keep looking and waiting. Thanks for the info.

Sounds like they just have to order so they don't keep any stock......that's typical.

I almost went with RDP for a turbo set up. I found their customer service was really good, but then I found someone closer and went with them. If it wasn't for the closer vendor I would have went with RDP. I have a distant relationship with two friends who used RDP for their turbo V6's and as far as I know they have nothing but praises for RDP.
