Woot!!!! New Sundown SA-6.5CS Component Speakers

Just got them in the mail today and had only a few mins to take apeek at them during lunch. Initial impression is good build quality and sturdy motor structure.

Pics and further evaluation to come.

I also need to buy speaker adpaters but i cant decide if i want to bother with replacing the tweets on the dash or just doing the side pillars instead. Any input from those who have tested both locations?

Pictures!!!!

This is great too! Sundown nowhere in their marketing materials says that the tweeters can swivel which is an extremely important customization component in my opinion.

They look good. Did those come with all the speaker wire?

today was a good day, i got my techflex in to do the wires up nice and rugged. Still waiting for the speaker adapters to arrive. I paid 150 for the speakers since i ordered them on presale but they are like 199 now.

heres a video of the speakers, the recorded audio sucks but i can tell you from this, they sound good.
