Dealer in my area just got one. It's for the owner who is trying to flip it for 25k. I laughed at them. $90k for a car that invoices at $58-60. There's no gap policy in the world that will cover that depreciation.
I found them in the Seattle/Tacoma area ranging from a few grand to $20k over retail. Tacoma Dodge was holding firm to $20k over. I said "no thanks" and continued my search. They are still holding and claim they have sold a few at that $20k over price point.

Tacom Dodge has not gotten any Hellcats. Those guys lie like no body else I know. I also checked with them and I was also told $20,000 over MSRP. I told them to take a hike.
Rairdon in Kirkland has 1 and is suppose to get 2 more. They also want 20K over. I laughed and said for that price I'd buy a brand new Z06! They are high. Also I don't think AutoNation as a hellcat yet, they have a SRT 392. I drive by there all the time haven't seen one.
Dealers charge a markup because people pay the markup. If no one paid it, the dealers would stop charging it. With all the dealers out there who are selling at MSRP, why pay extra.
I said I'd consider it for 3K over, the salesman said make an offer, but I didn't even want to go down that road since they are trying to get 20K. I'd rather pay 1,000 bucks to have it brought to me and pay msrp, to fair reasonable dealer.
You can't go wrong with the Z06. That is one badazz car. It has the looks and the performance to make well-known "exotics" shiver and want to hide... I love it.
This car will be msrp all day long come next year. Just wait. Dealers are dummies. The cars will sit and if dodges plan works they won't get new ones in.
