As of this morning per regional rep, there were only 3 Hell Cats of the initial allocation allocated to "Other" provinces.
One each to the largest dealer in each of the three largest " Other " provinces.
Moncton Chrysler only got one allocation for all of NB, so be prepared to wait for months. People have cancelled orders because of the wait. Maritimes could be this time next year to get orders filled or longer!!!!!!!!
as long as they build them...I'll wait however long it takes, if I have to take delivery in 2016...then so be it (I don't want that to happen but there isn't another car out there that does anything for me...the look of the cat is just so sexy) Camaro, Mustangs, Corvettes just do nothing for me....I'd actually go buy a pickup truck instead. But that is just me, to each their own and drive what you wanna drive....I want a hellcat.
Did they give you an estimate as to when you "might" get it?
Which Dealer did you order from?
Ordered mine Aug 8 from Moffit in St. Stephen. Still in BX Status 3 months later.
I knew going in my dealer would be behind Dobsons in SJ & Moncton Chrysler but they already had several orders each so I went with the smaller dealership being first in line.
That is the mistake I made, a smaller dealer will be waaaaay down the list on allocations.
Would have been better to be in line at a larger dealer, than ordering from a lower volume dealer.
But, you never know, you might get lucky
I right there with you NSRT and one ton except I've ordered from a large reputable well established dealer who leads in performance sales. But I'm in the same boat and it's sinking....
My dealer was allocated 1 car so far and I'm number 7 in line..
I made some posts on the SRT facebook page which received a response from SRT.
I was told to contact them via PM which I did.
They are supposed to be putting me in touch with Canadian SRT customer service reps about my order.
I was told if the dealer doesn't have enough allocations the VON will NEVER become a VIN
This is NOT what I was lead to believe when I did my deal and traded my vehicle.
Currently waiting for the SRT Canada response and will update with FACTS as I learn them.
surprise, surprise, surprise.............
Good luck, I talked to their reps and they could tell me nothing and said they would have someone higher up contact me...twice!!!, and guess what. no one did
Have the wife convinced to test drive a C7 on Nov 27th
Alberta is the richest province and they now that. The dealers here know that everyone in the oil patch is making 150k+ per year and the age range is from 20-35 so they play on that. Those guys are willing to over pay for their cars and toys. I guess that's the price one pays to live in this province.
My dealer here in Toronto gave me dealer cost on a factory order. I believe it was about $59,000 but I didn't pull the trigger. I don't want to order a car that I have no idea when I'll actually get it. I'm probably going to go with a Stingray.

At 59000 I would have bought the Hellcat instead. But all the dealers around here wanted 90000. Oh well. I'll pay off the SRT Challenger and in a couple of years and then possibly either supercharge the 392 or sell/trade it for a Hellcat. By then, they have them sitting around on dealer lots.
