The hell cat uses 275/40 series, these are 295/35, so they have less bulge in the sidewall, my guess is that even though they have 20mm more tread, they are prob only about 10mm wider, and also a little shorter, so I don't think rubbing would be much of an issue. The only real way to know is to try.
Holy crap! What is Dodge trying to do? Sell cars? I am so happy they finally figured out the recipe for selling cars! A Z28 fighter? Brilliant!!! They going to make folks take a number this time?
Wheel width affects section width, on a 9.5" wheel, the 295 might loose a little width. I have 295's on 10.5" wheel on my Dart, it's the perfect width. Of course, mini tubs help fit a lot of tire.
has anyone put the 295's on the brass monkeys yet? also from the looks of it I'd say the T/A concept is dropped bout an inch or more from a regular scat pack
Good morning, I don't want to hi-jack the thread but who made the intake that sits on the motor, I'd kill to have one as I put the SRT hood on my Scat Pack, any ideas?
That's quite a stretch calling that a "Concept Car". It's more like a, look what you can do with some off the shelf parts.
That's fine, that's what SEMA is all about.
If they want to call it a T/A car they need to give us some flared fenders so we can run those fatties on all four corners.
Saw this SXT at a dealership today, not sure the wheel type or size but tires were 295/40-20 all around. They looked to big and bulky, think 295/35-20 would look much better.
