Re: What is your age?

39 this spring. Wanted a 5.0 Cobra in '85 (no Hemi's in the 80's), but couldn't afford the $5500.00 for insurance. Now I'm old settled down with 2 daily drivers. Challenger will sit in garage waiting for nice weekends to come out and hunt for civics with wings and 6 inch stove pipes.

Re: What is your age?

20 and I would be really seriously considering this car if/when it comes out. The '70 R/T was the first car I really got fired up about when I first got into cars.

Re: What is your age?

24 -- shopping for my first real car. Currently drive an 04 Cavalier as basic cheap transportation. Cut my teeth on a 88 5.0 GT, always loved American Muscle.

Right now it's down to the Charger or Challenger. If the Chally is any cheaper (or even the same price), I'm all over it.

Re: What is your age?

54 years of age. Never forgot looking through showroom windows at a couple of '70 Hemi & 440 Challengers when I was nineteen. ( At the time, mopped garage stalls and mounted tires on cars while going to school. Not enough checkbook power in 1970. ) But today.......I'm ready to write the check. ( How much and when? ) Please build this vehicle.

Re: What is your age?

I'm 43 years old with wife and two kids. I want today's equivalent of the 68 Barracuda 340 Formula S 4 speed that I learned to drive a MANUAL TRANNY in when I was 16. I grew up climbing into the back of a 66 Charger and then a 70 Challenger. I was like my 68 year old father who was excited as a twelve year old expecting a BB gun for Christmas waiting for the Charger to come out only to open the gift and it was a sweater. Needless to say neither one of us bought a Charger. I want a manual transmission with a clutch pedal that makes my leg twitch at the stop light, I want two doors and two doors only. It didn't hurt me to climb into the back seat of a two door car, so I think my children will survive. My wife knows how to drive a stick shift and when the time comes, my daughters will have to learn if they want to drive one of Daddy's cars. My dad taught me to be a Mopar enthusiast and I have never owned anything produced by GM or Ford. Bean counters be damned, build the manual tranny or I will have to start looking at the competition.
