Well boys, thanks as always for doing this! I don't think I have any questions today, but I wanted to publicly thank Gordon for his personal involvement in my 9 month ordeal. I don't know who else became involved in this, but to me this is what makes the difference between a good auto maker and a GREAT one!!! No other auto maker would go to the lengths you guys did and to personally follow it through the build speaks for itself. It was a pleasure meeeting you here in London too. You were a hit at my dealership too BTW. My son-in-law Scott was in awe too and you made a lasting impression on him for sure.
I have a lot of patience and I never gave up hope I'd get my Jeep. I've always had a lot of loyality to Chrysler and I have to think this is my good Karma for being so. Too bad everything didn't work that way. I know I have the only Kicker HP audio system in Canada and I suspect I also have the only Brilliant Black too seeing as ordering has been closed for over 3 months. Now I have two ultra rare SRT8's because my car had quite the history too requiring top level intervention.
The Jeep is perfect in every way as far as I'm concerned and I'm VERY happy about that. Sorry, but I changed the brake pads after 43 km's. Just don't like the dust! The part we discussed came in on Monday and is waiting for me to take it in.
Hey, I'm lovin' the badges too and they're getting a lot of attention...
Anyway, you guys proved to me "Chrysler Listens" and you can tell Jim Press thanks for that too!!! Have him give my dealer a 6 star rating for everything Keith and Bill did for me and for keeping me in the loop. None of us realize it's the "screwy" little things that can impact other things that cause delays. One slight problem though, you might want to speak with Adam Forte. He's slipping on his parking lot duties and left a lung in isle 7...haha.
Jesus, I do have a question after all. What's the lug nut torque for the Jeep? I torqued them to 110 ft lbs like the LX's. Is that correct?
Anyway Gordon, thanks again!!!
