Havent heard of any 6.4L's breaking a chain yet. Might be because the 6.4L has a totally different calibration (tune) for the MDS system. When I had my 392 the MDS would not go on above 60-65 MPH and on my R/T I could get it to stay on well above 70 MPH.......Also the tune is very conservative in the low RPM range on the 392's. The MDS doesnt activate near as much as the R/T's. Might tale alot more miles to start having chain failures on the 392's....

That's great, but we need them to talk to us on any of the Dodge forums, where thousands of Challenger, Charger, 300, and Jeep SRT owners will be reached.

That might just be the best question to ask at Springfest in a couple of weeks.
I'll see what I can dig up.

The SRT group a very busy group especially for what is in store in the upcoming MY changes. I'm sure that they are not ignoring anyone, just do not have time to talk. After 10 hr days everyone has their limit even if they love their jobs. Most of what they do is not up for discussion except for current production vehicles too....
If there is a particular question and I feel reasonable, ask away! I know them all and who is responsible for what part of the vehicle design, including myself.....
