Shaker Stripes: KEEP or Remove? What say You?

Here are the before and after pictures on my Shaker. Got a wild hair, parked it in the sun and peeled off the stripes. Kept the stripes around the Shaker like Hal did.

I like it. too Hot in West Texas for any excess black anywhere.

What's your opinion???

I think it looks good with just the single decal on hood. Other stripes were competing too much with the sides.

Second pic looks much better. Much cleaner. All those stripes made it look a little busy.


BTW, the car color black and stripes make a killer combination!

Unanimous so far. Not a fan of the shaker stripes at all. Good decision to delete.

I would take off the last bit of decal around the shaker. Looks great!!!

Don't know how far the decal goes under the shaker hood ring and the ring is not made to take on and off,

I think it would look even better without the decal around the Shaker. In time, the TX sun will melt it off anyway lol.
