Air Bag Light

Hi

I just purchased 2012 challenger SRT8, 2 months ago and the airbag passenger seat light keeps going off and on. Anyone have any recommendation on fixing this? Or will I be forced to take it back to the dealer already?

Same here. I took it back to the dealer and they said the relay under the seat had come loose. They plugged it back together and it hasn't happened since then.

Chances are it will happen again, the permanent fix is to solder the connector wires because the gauge wire used is too small and causes intermittent faults. Had this problem with my 2011 until they did the solder fix.

I had the same problem with my 2012 Classic RT. Since it was under warranty, I took my ride to the dealership and they took care of it no problem. Haven't had the problem since.
