Another noob here!

Hey everyone! I'm a transplant from the Charger forums, and a soon-to-be Challenger owner! I ordered my black R/T a few days ago, and am now settling in for the apparently 4 to 15 month wait (I've been lurking).

For now, I'm still in my 06 Charger R/T (magnesium). I have the Mopar CAI on that; are there any issues in transferring those to the Challengers?

Welcome to the forum..
I'm a former Charger SRT owner myself. Loved it...but the Chally is the complete package.
Don't worry..we'll keep you company,while you wait....and wait...and wait...
Just kiddin...It might feel like a long wait..but trust me...
you will be rewarded for your patience.

You will have no problems transfering the Mopar CAI...same engine.

Thanks; I figured it would be fairly straightforward. As for the wait, I'll just have to fill my time by spending a large portion of each paycheck on mods.

I checked out your photobucket gallery... you caught that mod bug pretty bad! Your SRT looks fantastic, btw. Does Billet Tech do that engraved shifter, too?

Thanks for the compliments, Gnostic...
I guess I just made my mind up that I was going to make her look good and took the time (and $) to make the effort.
She's not there yet...working on suspension mods ,next.

As far as the shifter?...
I got it off ebay...a guy in KY makes these in his garage..
He does fine work..and it fits the hand nicely.
He only lists the SRT...but he might do a R/T

It might not be there long, as I'm looking at the new Hurst shifter
thats coming out soon.

Here's a link...if your interested
