Yep....R/T with 6.1, track pack and no A/C or bells and whistles. I like it!

Like TX65 said - it gets down to costs - "packaged" option groups more cost effective to manufacture.

Otherwise, there's thousands of possibilities if you could have pwr. windows, no pwr. locks, engines, transmissions, colors.

Look at the original E-body cars - some of the strangest combinations of options:

440 Chally with column shift automatic, front bench seat and little else, maybe an AM radio. Or some had desireable engine options, but base instrument clusters.

Limits the resale possibilities for future buyers.
