I believe so...I went out today in my 2012 rt and wanted to test my "ESP off" and see if it really turned off. After turning your car on push and hold the ESP off button until you see a message pop up on the evic that says "ESP deactivated" then you will be able to spin around all you want good times!!

Yup, you can. Just hold the button until you get the message in the EVIC.

I think you have to have an SRT or an R/T with the super track pack. At least that's the way the earlier models were

Apparently all 2011+ R/Ts can fully disable ESP. There is some trick to it though, that someone posted a few months back.

No trick. Mine is a 2012 R/T without the super track pak option. All I have to do is hold the button.

Partially off= single button push
"fully" off= hold button ~10sec. CAR MUST BE STOPPED

+1, coasting at 5mph won't allow it to disable

The trick you're talking about is the key trick, you can do that on all the R/T's. I've done that with mine before but you cant do it if you're using the push button.
