I was searching the Detroit area dealerships on dodge.com and found 1 09 R/T for $31k

The one in Detroit was at Sterling Heights Dodge, Black don't recall other options.

as far as stripe colors you may also want to consider a reflective gold stripe. I had a 70 RR in B7 (Dark Jamaica Blue) with the factory gold reflective stripe across the back of the trunk lid and it really went well with the car.
