RT TA Package?

Saw a new RT at the back of the local dealer's lot with a Go-Wing, a TA style hood scoop and stripes. It was not a dealer modified car but from the factory and no sticker in the window. Does anyone know what package this is? It looked really cool. All it needed was a side exhaust.

I purchased my car in April 2012 and its called the exterior pkg comes with TA hood scoop strobe stripe and wing for 1995.00

More precisely Its called the EXTERIOR APPEARANCE GROUP By Mopar- they started this factory option in early 2010- it came with a T/A style hood, Strobe stripe and Go-wing- it was supposed to be limited in colors to Tored,Black and Silver but some Challengers came in other colors with this package.

This Mopar package preceded the Mopar 10 which had a functional T/A style hood.

The window sticker on my '11 listed it as:
